Plantings and Grading – Outdoor Living Tip of the Day

Phase three for this wonderful homeowner in Mint Hill, North Carolina was significant plantings (shrubs and trees), a dry creek bed, boulders, mulch, grading, Fescue grass seed (best time of year to install is now), irrigation, stepping stones and more. The previous paver patio with large boulders and river rock was phase one. Phase two was a fire pit paver patio island compete with additional large boulders and river rock. Utilizing every inch of this backyard and focusing on the Berm Beautification was the primary objective of this Outdoor Living project.
