The Outdoor Living crew is installing a new paver patio today in Fort Mill, SC (Masons Bend neighborhood). Screenings are leveled prior to laying down the pavers. The property tamped ABC and boulders (retaining wall) was competed yesterday. This is the scope of work…

Outdoor Living Project: Paver Patio

Install a Belgard Hatteras Lafitt Grana Slab Paver pathway of approximately 224 sq. ft. (15’ x 12’ & 16’ x 4’) compete with an ABC base, screenings and gray Polymeric sand in the joints

Install two pallets of boulders to be used to help retain the new paver patio (one pallet level sizes and one pallet as decorative)

Install one ton of TN River Rock (2” – 5”) complete with landscape fabric adjacent to the boulders and among the pathway and as a dry creek bed

Install one pallet of of TifTuf Bermuda grass sod to create a more level lawn on the back yard

Install an ABC 4’ x 4’ for a customer provided fountain
