Techo-Bloc Blu Grande Slab Paver Patio – Outdoor Living Tip of the Day

Quickly becoming a Hardscape favorite is the Techo-Bloc Blu Grande Slab Smooth Shale Grey paver patio set in a 1-piece pattern. This approximately 356 sq. ft. paver patio was built with an ABC base tamped approx. 4” deep, screenings, Snapedge, nails, and gray Polymeric sand in the joints. This Charlotte home backyard project also included privacy plantings, shrubs, perennials, mulch, LED lighting and some rolls of dark green healthy Fescue sod. The efflorescence within the Techo-Bloc Blu Grande Slab Smooth Shale Grey paver patio is significant. The good news is that new pavers will look even better in 3-6 months after the efflorescence has been naturally removed from the pavers.
