Using a mix of French Drains, Catch Basins, Pipe Outs, and Dry Creek Beds helped solve this erosion issue in Firethorne Country Club (Marvin / Waxhaw, NC). Significant grading complete with 16 yard of LawnMax topsoil and a dozen pallets of TifTuf Bermuda grass sod should provide for a healthy new lawn as long as the three large dogs don’t destroy the exterior remodeling makeover.
