Fire Pit Paver Island 🔥 – Outdoor Living Tip of the Day

This Outdoor Living backyard makeover in Charlotte is a combination of Hardscape and Dryscape. As Summer gets closer and the temperatures gets hotter, this Fire Pit Paver Island complete with seating wall will be entertaining for endless days and nights. This is the scope of the project:
Install a Belgard Magnolia Dimensions 12 Paver Patio set in a 3-piece pattern of approximately 289 sq. ft. (17’ x 17’) with an ABC base tamped approx. 4” deep, screenings, Snapedge, nails, and gray Polymeric sand in the joints
Install a custom Belgard Oxford Fire Pit (approx. 3’ interior diameter for burning a wood fire and the exterior is approx. 5’ in diameter) complete with grey custom Thermal sided capstones (3 pre-cut caps)
Install a Belgard Oxford Weston Seating Wall approximately 15 linear feet total (approx. 30 sq. ft., 18” above the patios grade with an additional 6” below grade) complete with matching capstones, Gator Block glue and a 67 stone base
Install one pallet of Pennsylvania Fieldstone Stepping stones buried in the ground as well as a few boulders
Significantly trench to create dry creek bed and install three tons of TN River Rock (1” – 3” sizes) complete with landscape fabric and staples to help with future water erosion and mud
Install three tons of White Pea Gravel (3/4” sizes) complete with landscape fabric and staples
