Fire Pit Paver Patio Island with Seating Wall

This is the scope of work:
Install a Belgard Fossil Dublin Paver Patio Island of approximately 400 sq. ft. (20’ x 20’) set in a 3-piece-pattern and a soldier course border complete with a compacted ABC base (approximately 4” deep and extra ABC will be needed), screenings, SnapeEdge, nails and Grey Polymeric sand in the joints
Install a custom Oxford Weston Fire Pit (approx. 3’ interior diameter for burning a wood fire and the exterior is approx. 5’ in diameter) complete with Matching capstones (approx. 2” thick) – still in process
Install a 24’ linear of a Belgard Colonial Weston retaining wall around the fire-pit island (approx. 60 sq. ft., 18” high on the new paver patio island with an additional 6” below grade) complete with a 67 stone base matching capstones
Install Fescue grass seed complete topsoil as needed and haul away all job related debris
