Raised Paver Patio and Fire Pit – Outdoor Living Tip of the Day

This Techo Bloc Champlain Grey Blu 60 Slab Paver Patio adjacent and flush with the existing concrete slab set in a 3-piece pattern of approximately 288 sq. ft. (8’ x 12’ and 16’ x 12’) with an ABC base (extra ABC needed) tamped approx. 4” deep, screenings, Snapedge, nails, and gray Polymeric sand in the joints is part one of this Hardscape project.

Installing a custom Techo Bloc Champlain Grey Mini Creta Architectural 3” Wall Fire Pit (approx. 24 sq. ft.) at 15” above the patios grade (approx. 4’ interior diameter for burning a wood fire and the exterior is approx. 5’ in width and length) complete with matching capstones (approx. 19 linear feet) is part two of this Raised Paver Patio Patio.

Install a Techo Bloc Champlain Grey Mini Creta Architectural 6” Retaining Wall of approximately 46 linear feet total (approx. 111 sq. ft., 25 linear feet at 12” tall with an additional 6” below grade and 21 linear feet at 36” high with an additional 6” below the grade – 18” above the patios grade) complete with matching capstones (approx. 46 linear feet), Gator Block glue, and a 67 stone base is part three.

Define the landscaping beds with a hand dug bed edge and hauling away all the job related debris, installing nine Emerald Green Arborvitae (10g and approx. 6’ – 7’ tall) complete with topsoil (two in the front yard and seven in the backyard), and installing some drainage solutions and TifTuf Bermuda grass is the final part of this wonderful Outdoor Living project in the Masons Bend community of Fort Mill, SC.
