Custom Outdoor Living Project in Fort Mill
The Challenge
This Fort Mill homeowner needed an outdoor space that solved a specific problem — drainage, sloped grading, an underused yard, or a transition between indoor and outdoor living — without compromising the look of the home. Our team scoped the site, identified the constraints, and proposed a design built around the way the family actually uses the space.
The Design & Material Selection
For this project we specified premium hardscape materials, chosen for durability in Charlotte's freeze-thaw cycles and for the way the color and texture sit against the home's existing architecture. The layout was drawn to match the home's sight lines, the lawn's natural grade, and the way the family moves between the house, patio, and yard.

Masonry Work – Outdoor Living Tip of the Day
In Fort Mill South Carolina, the Mr. Outdoor Living® boys with their SC Masonry Licenses coordinated some fine Masonry work for phase one of many for a fabulous family. As this remodeling adventure continues at this fine exterior home improvement, Luke Goldstein and Winston Goldstein will be managing Mr. Outdoor Living® while Alisa Goldstein and I go to Yellowstone 🦬 Our family business continues to grow to make homes more beautiful in our communities. I will continue to explore America’s best idea… the National Parks… and see Earth’s majestic wonder and of course the WILDLIFE 🐻
